This lady initially had upper blepharoplasty and then decided to have her lower eyelid eyebags corrected. Results are shown 6 months after the lower eyelid surgery.

This lady in her early 40s had lower eyelid surgery and fat transfer to her mid face and under-eye area. Results are shown at 6 months.

This lady has a lovely outcome following upper and lower eyelid surgery with fat transfer to the cheeks. She had conservative upper eyelid surgery as her eye creases were already high. The eyebags from the lower eyelids have been removed, and the skin tightened. Fat has been injected into the cheeks to help smooth the dark lines below the eyes. Results are at six months.

The images below are of a patient who had both upper and lower eyelids surgery. Her upper eyelids felt heavy and were starting to affect her vision as well as causing cosmetic concerns. She also had fat transfer to the ‘tear trough’ area and cheeks. Note in the second image the result at five days after surgery with the expected bruising.

The patient below had the excess skin on her upper eyelids removed (upper blepharoplasty) under local anaesthetic. She also had hyaluronic acid fillers to smooth out her nasolabial folds (creases between the cheeks and nose).

The eyelid surgery before and after photos below are those of a patient in his 60s who underwent lower eyelid blepharoplasty (eye bag removal). The patient is a smoker. The after photos are six months post operation.

The photos below are of a patient who originally had lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) 25 years previously. The before and after pictures are following repeat surgery of the lower eyelids as well as upper eyelids. The results are shown six months postoperatively. The patient had removal of skin from the upper eyelids as well as fat (medial compartment). For the lower eyelids, only fat was removed, and the corners of the eyelids were hitched up (outer canthopexy). She also had fat cell grafting (fat transfer) to the tear trough area.
