The before and after photos below are those of a patient in her 60s who underwent upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. For the upper eyelids, a strip of skin plus removal of fat (medial fat pads) was performed. For the lower eyelids, the orbital septum was repaired, and the outer corners of the eyes were hitched up (lateral canthopexy). Additionally, the patient also underwent fat transfer to the cheeks. The postoperative results are only five weeks after the procedure.
