Brow lift with upper eyelid surgery
The brow lift photos below are before and afters of a patient who wanted her out brow area lifted. In addition to the browlift she had upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). The forehead lift is done using sutures to preferentially lift the outer eyebrows. The results are 6 months post procedures. Note the position of the eyebrows.
Direct brow lift with upper and lower eyelid surgery
This patient has a lovely result following upper and lower eyelid surgery. She has also had a direct brow lift (incision in the hairline of the eyebrow) to lift the brow. The scar is well hidden, and the results are shown at 6 months.
The direct brow lift addresses lateral hooding in a way that upper eyelid surgery cannot do on its own.
