I had a breast reduction done by Mr Omar Quaba six months ago. My experience was delightful from beginning to end. All the staff involved were both incredibly friendly and professional. I am seriously so overjoyed. When I look at myself, it feels like it’s me I’ve been all along. I feel so much more comfortable in my body, it’s like a weight has been lifted from my soul (and my actual shoulders). I did not even realise how much more free and content I would feel when I felt confident in my appearance.

Mr Omar Quaba is not only an excellent Surgeon, but from our first encounter through to my post-operative final review appointment, he was professional, informative, empathic and understanding. I had a lot of excess skin on both upper eyelids and also a noticeable asymmetry. I found this unsightly and it impacted my self- confidence. Following surgery, I am delighted with the outcome and would recommend Mr Quaba (and all his supporting team) without hesitation to anyone considering surgery

I cannot recommend Mr Omar Quaba and the Waterfront Hospital highly enough. My first experience of private healthcare and it was in every way an excellent experience. Mr Quaba not only is an excellent surgeon but he has a wonderful manner and at every step of the way he put me at ease and was very reassuring throughout the whole process of my Upper Blepheroplasty. From start to finish I have had an amazing experience with this clinic. I cannot speak highly enough of my surgeon Dr. Ewa Madjak-Paredes. My initial consultation filled me with confidence to move forward with the surgery and now 8 weeks post op I have now had my final checkup and I am so happy with my results. I had an amazing all in experience with Dr Will Anderson and all the nursing team. Their care throughout and after was great. Really happy with my final results. All staff were lovely and approachable. I had so many questions after my 1st consultation and the staff were proactive at responding. Would highly recommend.

Came in for a consultation with Dr. Will Anderson about otoplasty. He was very thorough and made me feel completely at ease. He answered all of my questions before I even had the chance to ask them.

I am thrilled with the results, in fact of all the breast augmentations and reviewed surgery I have had over the years this in fact has given the best result. It’s only been three weeks and I still have a bit of swelling to go down ie the troublesome left one, but already I can see your work is excellent.

My visit was on time and stress free. Car parking no problem and reception courteous and efficient. Dr Ben Aldridge explained calmly and very clearly what would be involved in my procedure. Plenty of time was available to ask questions. I can look ahead to the next stage of my treatment fully prepared and with confidence.

Had my six monthly skin review a month early as I had noticed a lesion near my eye. Dr Aldridge seen me within 48 hours and surgery arranged for a couple of weeks later to have the lesion removed (which was diagnosed as as an early skin cancer). Extremely efficient service yet again from Waterfront and being able to have these skin checks done routinely alleviates any worries for me as a person that has had several skin cancers over the years.

Expert quick diagnosis and treatment by Dr Ben Aldridge. Very kind and friendly caring staff at all levels who went over and above to ensure I was ok before and after treatment, even making sure I got a taxi home. Very modern clean facilities with coffee/tea & biscuits available.

Consultant Kazem Nassar was very helpful in pre consultation communication, as well as on the day – explaining everything clearly and concisely. Highly professional and reassuring. All staff were friendly and clearly want to put patients at ease.

On my arrival the reception team were very friendly and warm. Even though I arrived slightly early I wasn’t kept waiting as Mr Kazem Nassar greeted me. He was very professional and discussed all options of treatment to me. The treatment was completely painless and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Nassar and Waterfront Private Hospital.

I saw Dr Katy Nassar for lip and marionette fillers. She was very thorough and listened to what I was looking for, making recommendations that would suit my mature skin. Throughout the procedure she checked regularly to confirm I was happy with the results. I will be visiting her again and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her for non-surgical procedures. Dr Katy was excellent. She is extremely professional. The procedure was explained fully including expectation of results and potential side effects ( of which there were none!).
I felt completely relaxed and felt no pain during the procedure.
The surroundings in the facility were perfect- welcoming and clean. Reception staff were also extremely pleasant and professional.
