Breast Augmentation Before & After

This mother of two in her mid-30s underwent subfascial breast augmentation using Nagor Perle 300 high profile implants to address volume loss and asymmetry. Her naturally small breasts had diminished further after pregnancies and breastfeeding. The photographs show restored fullness with a more symmetrical appearance.

The patient below has had breast implants placed in the subfascial plane. This position is under the thin layer that lies over the muscle. This plane has some of the advantages of placing implants under the breast tissue and the muscle. It is a ‘halfway house’. It can provide better shape and at the same time offer some of the advantages of placing implants under the muscle – namely blunting the fullness of implants at the upper part of the breast. The patient is in her early 30s and has had no previous pregnancies. She has had 310cc medium profile implants inserted.

Before surgery she was a 32B cup size and wished to have larger breasts. Additionally, she also had some nipple inversion affecting her right breast. The patient below underwent breast enlargement and correction of inverted nipples using 310gm Allergan (extra high profile) implants under the muscle (subpectoral) using infra-mammary incisions. Bra cup was increased from an A to D cup. Postoperative results are at four months.
