Breast uplift/ reduction for breast asymmetry
This lady in her early 30s had breast asymmetry and droopiness of her breasts. Her left side was worse than her right, and this was affecting her confidence and limiting her choice of clothing, particularly swimwear.
She had a breast uplift with reduction (390g removed from her right and 525g removed from her left). Her results are shown at 6 months postop.
Breast uplift with small reduction
This lady was in her late 30s and had two children that she had breastfed. She had also had a period of weight loss, which affected the shape of her breasts, making them more droopy.
She had a breast uplift and a small (250g each breast reduction). Her results are shown at 6 months, with the breasts looking much perkier and sitting above her lower breast creases.
Breast uplift to improve shape
This lady is in her 50s. She felt that her breast had lost shape and become droopy. She has no children and no history of significant weight loss. Her main priority was to improve the shape of her breasts, and she did not want any extra volume.
She has a skin-only breast uplift; results are shown at 5 months post-op. Her scars have settled very well at an early stage after surgery.
Breast uplift and correction of asymmetry
This lady is in her early 30s. She felt that her breasts were droopy and that her nipples were pointing downwards. She also felt out of proportion and that her breasts were heavy. She had a breast uplift and a small reduction (170g on her right and 350g removed on her left). Results are shown at 6 months.
Breast uplift skin only
This lady is in her early 20s. She had lost over 3 stone in weight through dieting and exercise and has not had any pregnancies. The weight loss contributed to significant drooping of her breasts. She had a breast uplift with skin removal and a minimal amount of breast tissue from the lower parts of her breasts (less than 50g on each side). She has a fantastic result at 6 months. The scars are still red at this stage and will improve significantly over the coming months.
Breast uplift with small reduction
This lady was in her early 30s. She had long-standing concerns about the appearance of her breasts. She suffered from shoulder grooving and neck and back pain, and also rashes underneath her breasts in warmer weather. She also felt limited in her choice of clothing. She had a breast lift procedure with a small amount of breast tissue removed (200g from her right breast and 150g from her left breast). Results are shown at 6 months.

Breast lift with implants

She had a small lift with a small amount of breast tissue removed from the lower half of her breasts. 310cc round moderate profile implants were placed under the muscle at the same time. Breast lift plus immediate fat transfer
The photos below are of a patient in her late 30s who has had children. She wished to have a breast lift but did not want breast implants combined with the lift. She wanted a modest increase in volume. A breast lift was performed with immediate fat transfer. Approximately 120 grams of fat was injected into each breast (removed from her thighs using liposuction). The result is shown at six months.
A breast lift combined with implants
The before and after photos below are of a patient who had a breast lift combined with breast implants (augmentation mastopexy) as a single stage procedure. She wanted her breasts to be lifted but also wished to have a significant increase in breast volume. A breast lift was performed (with an anchor-shaped scar), and approximately 90 grams of breast tissue was removed from the lower part of her breasts. The nipple was moved upwards, and 325cc tear shaped silicone implants were placed under the muscle. Results are shown at six months.

A breast lift combined with implants
The breast lift photos below are of a patient in her 40s who has had children and breastfed. She was unhappy with the loss of breast volume and sagginess of her breasts (postpartum breast hypoplasia). She has had an augmentation mastopexy which consists of a breast lift combined with breast implants. She had 225cc full profile anatomical (teardrop) implants and has gone from a size 32B to 32-34D cup size. The results are shown six months postoperatively.

She underwent a single stage augmentation mastopexy (a breast lift and insertion of implants at the same time). She had 300cc implants inserted. The postoperative result is at five months. I lost over 2 stone over a long period of diet and exercise and my breasts suffered as a result. I’ve always had a heavy chest and the weight loss made it worse. They were droopy and gave me backache and neck problems. Dr Quaba listened to what I wanted and the problems I had and was able to give me a realistic expectations but has definitely surpassed them.
