You will find a range of typical breast lift photos in the galleries below. Some patients have had pure breast lifts (without implants), and others have had breast lifts combined with implants (augmentation mastopexy).
Breast lift with implants *
These breast uplift images are of a lady in her early 20s with no previous pregnancies. She wanted to improve the shape of her breasts and to increase her breast volume. She had a small lift with a small amount of breast tissue removed from the lower half of her breasts. 310cc round moderate profile implants were placed under the muscle at the same time. Results are shown at six months.
Breast lift plus immediate fat transfer *
The photos below are of a patient in her late 30s who has had children. She wished to have a breast lift but did not want breast implants combined with the lift. She wanted a modest increase in volume. A breast lift was performed with immediate fat transfer. Approximately 120 grams of fat was injected into each breast (removed from her thighs using liposuction). The result is shown at six months.
A breast lift combined with implants *
The before and after photos below are of a patient who had a breast lift combined with breast implants (augmentation mastopexy) as a single stage procedure. She wanted her breasts to be lifted but also wished to have a significant increase in breast volume. A breast lift was performed (with an anchor-shaped scar), and approximately 90 grams of breast tissue was removed from the lower part of her breasts. The nipple was moved upwards, and 325cc tear shaped silicone implants were placed under the muscle. Results are shown at six months.
Tubular breast correction with implants *
The patient below is a mother in her late 20s. She has a minor tubular breast deformity and has had a breast lift combined with implants (augmentation mastopexy). This included a reduction in the size of the nipple areolar area. She had 240cc medium profile implants. Results are shown at six months.
Breast lift photos *
The patient below had a small volume breast reduction which took her from a 30FF to 30DD. The nipple discs (areolae) were reduced at the same time.
Breast lift with small reduction *
The photos below are of a patient in her 30s who had a breast lift (mastopexy) with a small breast reduction (400gm on her left and 350gm on her right). The results are shown relatively early at four months. Note the red scars at this stage which are not untypical. These will fade significantly over the next 12 months.
Breast lift with tummy tuck *
The patient below had a breast uplift as well as an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction as part of a combination of body contouring procedures.
A breast lift combined with implants *
The breast lift photos below are of a patient in her 40s who has had children and breastfed. She was unhappy with the loss of breast volume and sagginess of her breasts (postpartum breast hypoplasia). She has had an augmentation mastopexy which consists of a breast lift combined with breast implants. She had 225cc full profile anatomical (teardrop) implants and has gone from a size 32B to 32-34D cup size. The results are shown six months postoperatively.
Augmentation mastopexy *
The before and after photos below are those of a patient in her late 20s who has had no previous pregnancies. She presented with breast ptosis (droopy breasts). She underwent a single stage augmentation mastopexy (a breast lift and insertion of implants at the same time). She had 300cc implants inserted. The postoperative result is at five months. Note the pink scars – the pink colour should fade over the next 12 months.
Augmentation mastopexy with tummy tuck *
The before and after photos below are those of a patient who had a single stage breast lift with implants (augmentation mastopexy). She also had a tummy tuck with liposuction carried out at the same time. The postoperative results are at six months.
